The challenge
Brightform's product was taking off, but response times were climbing, jobs were backing up, and sales and support were stuck copying data between the app, their CRM, and Slack by hand.
What we built
We profiled and fixed the N+1 queries and missing indexes throttling performance, moved heavy work to a tuned job pipeline, and added the integrations the business needed: two-way Salesforce sync, Slack alerts for key events, and SAML single sign-on for their enterprise customers.
The outcome
P95 response times dropped 70%, the job backlog disappeared, and the team shipped their biggest customer launch without an incident—while sales and support finally had the data where they needed it.
